《天翼决》是由宁波盛光天翼公司开发的一款3D休闲竞技网游。游戏的模式类似War3 RPG地图游戏DOTA。游戏采用了知名3D引擎BigWorld，拥有比较细腻的游戏画面。
《天翼决》由一个特殊的游戏开发团队制作。 成员包括 WCG DOTA项目冠军、Tera和Aion的美术团队、实况足球的程序小组等各类游戏界精英。
